In the name of Allah and Praise be to Allah and Peace and prayers are on the Messenger of God, having said:
In the hands of research: Jurisprudence and educational provisions for quarantine related to worship during the month of Ramadan in the shadow of the Corona pandemic.
We started this research with an introduction, followed by the research problem, its importance and goals, previous studies therein, and six topics:
We talked about the effect of fasting in Ramadan on the body's immunity, and the ruling on breaking the fast in Ramadan for fear of corona's disease. Then the provisions of Tarawih prayer, and the provisions of retiring into a mosque for devotion - I'tikaaf - in Ramadan with the repercussions of Corona. After that, Zakat al-Fitr in the time of Corona, its importance, and rule. It is followed by Eid prayers in Corona.
Then the educational effects on the Muslim in the month of Ramadan in the shadow of Corona, and the role of isolation in purification the human soul and correcting behavior.
And the results of the research, which are summarized in the recognition of the broad provisions
and considering the interests of Muslims in the permission of worship, from prayer and retiring into a mosque for devotion - I'tikaaf - and others in the home in Ramadan, and the role of isolation in self-education and accustoming it to patience in the affliction and lack and invocation to God Almighty.
Abstract in Arabic | الملخص بالعربية
بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وبعد:
بين يدي البحث: الأحكام الفقهية والتربوية للحجر الصِّحي المتعلقة بالعبادات في شهر رمضان في ظلِّ جائحة كورونا.
بدأنا هذا البحث بمقدمة، ويليها مشكلة البحث وأهميته وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة فيه، وستة مباحث:
تمَّ الحديث عن أثر الصيام في شهر رمضان على مناعة الجسم، وحُكم الإفطار في رمضان خوفاً من مرض كورونا. ثم أحكام صلاة التراويح، وأحكام الاعتكاف في رمضان مع تداعيات كورونا. وبعده زكاة الفطر زمن كورونا وأهميتها وحكمها. ويليه صلاة العيد زمن كورونا.
ثم الآثار التربوية على المسلم في شهر رمضان في ظلِّ كورونا، ودور العزلة في تزكية النَّفس الإنسانية وتقويم السلوك.
ونتائج البحث التي تتلخص في التعرُّف على سَعة أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ومراعاتها لمصالح المسلمين في الترخيص للعبادات، من صلاةٍ واعتكاف وغيرها في البيت في رمضان، ودور العزلة في تربية النفس وتعويدها على الصَّبر على الابتلاء والافتقار والتضرُّع إلى الله سبحانه
