Abstract
Language is a system for transmitting ideas, facts, emotions, and desires using symbols created at random. Language is used to connect sentiments, ideas, and attitudes. Language is a useful tool. that allows people to communicate with one another. People all throughout the world speak a variety of languages. Despite the fact that all languages are intended for the purpose of communication, a lot of people choose to converse in English. People utilize English in addition to their native language. The importance of teaching English in this age of globalization cannot be overstated. English is the only official language that everyone understands around the entire world. The importance of mother tongue in English teaching and learning has long been debated. Between the native tongue and English, there are differences in spelling symbols and sound systems cause pronunciation issues. As a result, the problem can be handled by including English into fundamental school life and improving spoken English abilities. It is possible to identify and drill sound patterns that are more likely to be perplexed and faltering in the first language. Learners should replicate these sound patterns using the model voice of a native speaker. These approaches will reduce the impact of mother tongue on English language teaching and learning and will speed up English language acquisition.

تُستخدم اللغة كوسيلة لنقل الأفكار والحقائق والمشاعر والرغبات من خلال رموز عشوائية. إنها تعزز الروابط بين المشاعر والأفكار والمواقف، مما يمكّن الناس من التواصل فيما بينهم. في حين أن هناك العديد من اللغات التي تُتحدث في جميع أنحاء العالم، فإن اللغة الإنجليزية تُختار على نطاق واسع للتواصل بجانب اللغات الأصلية. في عصر العولمة، لا يمكن التقليل من أهمية تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية نظراً لوضعها كلغة عالمية. ومع ذلك، تستمر المناقشات حول دور اللغة الأم في تدريس وتعلم اللغة الإنجليزية. غالبًا ما تسبب الفروقات في الإملاء والرموز وأنظمة الصوت بين اللغات الأصلية واللغة الإنجليزية تحديات في النطق. لمعالجة هذه المسألة، من الضروري دمج اللغة الإنجليزية في التعليم المبكر وتعزيز مهارات التحدث بالإنجليزية. يمكن أن يؤدي تحديد وممارسة أنماط الصوت التي تكون عرضة للارتباك في لغة المتعلمين الأصلية، مع محاكاة نطق المتحدثين الأصليين، إلى تقليل تأثير اللغة الأم على اكتساب اللغة الإنجليزية. تهدف هذه الاستراتيجيات إلى تسريع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع تقليل تأثير اللغة الأم.
