The effects of climate change have become something we all feel, and no region in the world is spared from its impact in one way or another. Rising sea levels now threaten the very existence of some places, such as the islands of the Pacific Ocean, while continuous melting of ice is occurring in Canada and Alaska. It is certain that human activity has played, and continues to play, a negative role in increasing the temperature of the Earth and the oceans. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change confirmed this harmful impact in its 2021 report. Unfortunately, many of these climatic changes are irreversible or cannot be undone.

Abstract in Arabic | الملخص بالعربية

لقد أصبحت اثار التغييرات المناخية امراً نشعر به جميعا ولا تستثنى منطقة في العالم دون ان يمسها بشيء من التأثير والتغيير الواضح، فارتفاع مياه البحر بشكل يهدد الوجود الفعلي، جزر المحيط الهادئ ، وذوبان الجليد المستمر في كندا والاسكا. والاكيد ان العامل البشري لعب ويلعب الدور السلبي على ارتفاع حرارة الارض والبحار وقد اكدت الهيئة الحكومية المعنية بالتغير المناخي في تقريرها الصادر عام 2021 على هذا التاثير السلبي، وللاسف فان هذه التغيرات المناخية بل الكثير منها غير قابل للاصلاح او العودة عنها.
