The issue of mutual atonement between the sects of Muslims is the key to evils, as it is the entrance to the permissibility of blood, money and honor, and for any country in which the disease of atonement spreads, the body of its unity will disappear, and the wall of its structure will crumble and collapse. However, the division of the world into (a home of Islam and a home of disbelief ) is a convention that jurists have modestly accepted in previous times, and it expresses the nature of the system that prevailed. This is nothing but a doctrinal rationale for the reality of the relations that existed between Muslims and others, in which war was the only ruling in this regard and it was not necessary, unless it was a treaty. Therefore, I found a third home in the division of the jurists, which is (Dar Al Ahed), and some of them have also called the (compound home ) or mixed home. But the division of the world into two camps is still present in the literature of contemporary Islamic movements, parties and personalities, which concerns us here are those global jihadist movements - whether they (al-Qaeda) or who joined them or associated with them from other groups - that have closed and frozen on the binary division of the world, this closure and that stalemate. Behind him appeared a fire of hatred for the disobedient others, and a strong fondness for the Muslims to be atonement and the saying of (collective apostasy) was spring from him. There is a vast difference between an Islamic vision that sees the world divided into two domains: a home of disbelief and a home of Islam, led by the first caliph of Muslims, and another Islamic vision that views that division as a historical product, whose validity expired by the end of its time, and seeks to establish new patterns in international relations, based on international charters and treaties that It now regulates relations between states in our contemporary world.

‏مسألة التكفير المتبادل بين طوائف المسلمين هو مفتاح الشرور،

إذا هو مدخل استباحة الدماء والأموال والأعراض، وأي وطن ينتشر ‏فيه داء التكفير ‏، فإن جسد وحدته ‏سيتلاشى ‏، وجدار بنيته سيتداعى ‏وينهار ‏، لي ان تقسيم العالم إلى (دار إسلام ودار كفر ) اصطلاح تواضع عليه الفقهاء في ازمنة سابقة، ‏وهو يعبر عن طبيعة النظام الذي كان سائدا، فالنظام الإسلامي كان على رأسه خليفة ‏يحكم بالإسلام ويطبق نظامه، فداره دار الإسلام ‏، وسائر العالم دار كفر، ولا يعدو هذا إلا أن يكون تأصيلا ‏فقهيا لواقع العلاقات التي كانت بين المسلمين وغيرهم ‏، والتي كانت الحرب هي الحكم الوحيد في هذا الشأن ولم ‏تكن بد منها، ما لم تكن ‏معاهدة. ‏ولذلك وجدت دار ثالثة في تقسيم الفقهاء وهي( ‏دار العهد) ‏، ‏وقد أطلق بعضهم أيضا مسمى( ‏دار المركبة) ‏أو المختلطة، ولكن ما زال تقسيم العالم إلى فسطاطين حاضرا ‏في أدبيات حركات وأحزاب وشخصيات إسلامية معاصرة، والذي يعنينا هنا تلك الحركات الجهادية العالمية- ‏سواء كانت القاعدة أو من التحق بها ‏أو ارتبط معها من جامعات أخري - ‏التي انغلقت ‏وجمدت ‏على التقسيم الثنائي للعالم، وهذا الإنغلاق ‏وذلك الجمود بدت من وراه نار الكراهية للآخرين المخالفين ، ‏وتولد ‏عنه ولع شديد بتكفير المسلمين والقول ب( ‏الردة الجامعية). ‏وثمة بون ‏شاسع ‏بين رؤية إسلامية ترى العالم ‏منقسما ‏إلى دارين: ‏دار كفر ودار إسلام، يقود الأولى خليفة المسلمين، ورؤية إسلامية أخرى ترى ذلك التقسيم منتجا تاريخيا ‏انتهت صلاحيته بانتهاء زمانه ‏، وتسعي ‏لتأسيس انماط جديدة في العلاقات الدولية، تنطلق من المواثيق والمعاهد ات الدولية التي ‏باتت ‏تنظم العلاقات بين الدول في عالمنا المعاصر. ‏
