This study investigates the approach of Imam Al-Bayhaqi, who passed away in 418 A.H., in dealing with autographic texts, through exploring his interpretations and stances towards delegation (tafwid). The Imam's interpretation of these texts is examined through reading his work "The Beautiful Names and Attributes", which heavily focuses on the self-study of texts. The study offers a deep look at how Imam Al-Bayhaqi dealt with autographic texts, navigating between interpretation and delegation, and how he used this approach to present viewpoints and clarify the meaning of autographic texts. Additionally, the study explores the extent to which Al-Bayhaqi's methodology was influenced by the trends of other narrators and scholars of his time.

هذه الدراسة تتحرى منهج الإمام البيهقي، المتوفى سنة 418 هـ، في التعامل مع النصوص الذاتية، من خلال الغوص في تأويلاته ومواقفه من التفويض. يتم استكشاف تأويل الإمام البيهقي لهذه النصوص من خلال قراءة كتابه الأسماء والصفات، الذي يهتم بشكل كبير بالدراسة الذاتية للنصوص. يقدم الدراسة نظرة عميقة على كيفية تعامل الإمام البيهقي مع النصوص الذاتية، بين التأويل والتفويض، وكيف استخدم هذا المنهج في تقديم وجهات النظر وتوضيح معنى النصوص الذاتية. الدراسة تستكشف أيضًا مدى تأثر منهج البيهقي بتوجهات المحدثين والمتكلمين الآخرين في ذلك الوقت
