The research sheds light on the types of transmission evidence in terms of confirmation, and their types in terms of verbal indications of meanings, and what is useful in that in terms of definitive and certain science, or conjecture and preponderant knowledge, and the impact of this on proving issues and issues of the Islamic faith, where it requires proof of necessity and assets being It is contained and established in the form of definiteness and certainty, not conjecture, provided that its occurrence by way and form of conjecture, when it is from a correct and probable aspect, can be proven issues of belief by it in terms of permissibility and branches, which can differ in their understanding and guidance, because of the possibility of diversity and ijtihad, without the incoming and proven principles of evidence and definitive indications Which only bear one definition.
Abstract in Arabic | الملخص بالعربية
يسلط البحث الضوء على أنواع الأدلة النقلية من حيث الثبوت، وأنواعها من حيث الدلالة اللفظية على المعاني، وما تفيده في ذلك من القطع والعلم اليقيني، أو الظن والعلم الراجح، وتأثير ذلك على إثبات مسائل وقضايا العقيدة الإسلامية، حيث يتطلب إثباتها على وجه الوجوب والأصول كونها واردة وثابته بصورة القطع واليقين وليس الظن، على أن ورودها بطريق وصورة الظن، متى كان من وجه صحيح ومحتمل، يمكن إثبات قضايا العقيدة به على وجه الجواز والفروع، التي يمكن الاختلاف في فهمها وتوجيهها، لاحتمالها التنوع والاجتهاد، دون الأصول الواردة والثابتة بالأدلة والدلالات القطعية التي لا تحتمل إلا وجها واحدا.
