Abstract English
Depending on the great jurisprudential heritage and keeping up with the tremendous medical development, the following research was done in this research:
Definition of the Corona pandemic and the deadly virus.
- Ruling on wearing a medical mask and gloves for male and female ihram.
- The issue of deputizing the pilgrimage for a corona patient, and in the event of his recovery, does the pilgrimage fall for him or does he perform the pilgrimage again, and if the pilgrim contracted corona disease, is he considered confined and how does he detach?
- The historical times when the country of the Two Holy Mosques was exposed to pandemics and epidemics, and the rituals of Hajj stopped.
- Does the necessity of preserving the religion by performing the rituals take precedence? Or does the necessity of self-preservation take precedence, so the obligation is canceled or is it limited to a specific number?
الملخص العربي
اعتماداً على التراث الفقهي العظيم لأمتنا، ومواكبة للتطور الطبي الهائل تم البحث في المسائل التالية:
- تعريف جائحة كورونا والفيروس القاتل في الفقه والطب.
- حكم لبس الكمامة الطبية والقفازين للمحرم والمحرمة.
- مسألة النيابة في الحج عن مريض كورونا،وفي حال شفائه هل يسقط عنه الحج أم يحج مرة أخرى، واذا أصيب الحاج بمرض كورونا هل يُعَدُ مُحْصَراً وكيف يتحلل؟
- الأزمنة التاريخية التي تعرضت فيها بلاد الحرمين للجوائح والأوبئة وتوقفت مناسك الحج .
- هل تُقدَم ضرورة حفظ الدين بإقامة المناسك ؟أم تُقدَم ضرورة حفظ النفس فيتم إلغاء الفريضة أو الإقتصار على عدد معين؟
