After reviewing the Imam Malik College (IMC) for Sharia Law Establishment Law No. (10) of 2011, and the Executive Council Decision No. (41) of 2011 appointing the College’s CEO, and pursuant to the internal regulations in force at the College, and Article (13), paragraph (4-1-2) of the regulation governing the peer-reviewed journal and research system, and considering the requirements for accrediting peer-reviewed journals in faculty promotion scales, It has been decided to make amendments to the Editorial Board Formation Decision No. (20/2017) as follows:

First: Formation of the College’s Peer-Reviewed Journal Editorial Board

• Prof.Nada Salem Hamdoon-Editor-in-Chief (Law Department)
• Prof.Malik Hamad Mahmoud Abunaseir-Editorial Secretary (Law Department)
• Prof.Ali Jumea Alrawahneh-Member (Sharia Department)
• Prof.Ali Abdul aziz Sayour-Member (Sharia Department)
• Prof.Abdullah Abdelkrim Hassan-Member (Law Department)
• Prof.Mohammad Saad Ali AL Armman-Member (Law Department)
• Prof.Mahmoud Ismaeil Mohamed Mashal-Member (Sharia Department)

Second: Formation of the Journal’s Advisory Board from the Professors

• Prof.Mohammed Abdul Rahim Sultan Al-Ulama-Professor of Fiqh and Its Fundamentals
• Prof.Osama Al-Sayyid Al-Azhari-Professor of Fiqh and Its Fundamentals
• Prof.Hosni Abdul Daim-Professor of Civil Law
• Prof.Mohammed Ali Sweilem Al-Khalayleh-Professor of Public Law

Third:

The Editorial Board shall meet at the invitation of the General Supervisor or the Editor-in-Chief to discuss and nominate research topics for peer review on a periodic basis, as well as to approve journal issues after the peer-review process concludes.

Fourth:

The Advisory Board shall meet once a year at the invitation of the General Supervisor or the Editor-in-Chief to discuss and approve the Editorial Board’s final decisions on the journal issues.

Fifth:

This decision shall be communicated to whomever it may concern and shall take effect from the date of issuance.
