Abstract English

This research is an achievement of a letter entitled: (slip of the reader) to Faqih Abu Muhammad, burhaan of the imams, Hussam al-Din, Omar bin Abdul Aziz bin Omar bin Mazza, known as al Sader al Shaheed (483 - 536), in this letter deals with an important subject of common knowledge Fiqh and Tajweed, and detailed in the images of error and the fall in which the reader is located while reading it in prayer, whether by switching or increasing or shortening, standing or connecting or beginning, or reading without what is famous in the Koran, which was collected in the time of our master Osman may Allah be pleased with him, Or in the errors of expression, or in the inability of the reader to remove some of the characters from the well-known exits, Web The ruling on each of these cases and its impact on prayer health and corruption, according to the Hanafi doctrine, as mentioned by the difference of scholars of the doctrine in some of these cases.

الملخص العربي

هذا البحث هو تحقيق لرسالة بعنوان: (زلة القاري) للعلَّامة الفقيه أبي محمد، برهان الأئمَّة، حسام الدِّين، عمر بن عبد العزيز بن عمر بن مازه، المعروف بالصَّدر الشهيد (483 - 536هـ)، يتناول في رسالته هذه موضوعًا مهمًّا من الموضوعات المشتركة بين علمي الفقه والتجويد، ويفصل في صور الخطأ والزلل التي يقع فيها القارئ أثناء قراءته في الصلاة، سواء كان ذلك بالتبديل أو الزيادة أو النقص، أو الوقوف أو الوصل أو الابتداء، أو بالقراءة بغير ما اشتهر في المصحف الذي جُمع في زمن سيدنا عثمان رضي الله عنه، أو في أخطاء الإعراب، أو في عجز القارئ عن إخراج بعض الحروف من مخارجها المعروفة، ويبيّن حكم كلِّ حالة من هذه الحالات وأثره على الصلاة صحة وفسادًا، وذلك وفق المذهب الحنفي، كما يذكر اختلاف فقهاء المذهب في بعض هذه الحالات.
