تسعى المجلة إلى تعزيز إسهام الكلية في الحياة العلمية، وذلك من خلال نشر البحوث والدراسات والأعمال المتخصصة التي يُعدّها أساتذة وباحثون مختصّون. كما تهدف إلى تشجيع الاجتهاد التشريعي الفقهي والقانوني عبر نشر بحوث تُعنى بالقضايا المعاصرة والمستجدّة، وفقًا للشروط والمعايير المعتمدة في مجالات التحكيم. وبذلك تُمكِّن المجلة الكلية من توسيع حضورها في ميدان التحكيم الأكاديمي والبحثي.
